Defending 2011 PSCA Wild Street champion Kevin Young recently reset the Wild Street record on his way to a class victory at the PSCA Record Breaker Nationals in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Kevin reset both ends of the record with a 7.599 E.T. and 190.14 MPH.  Kevin was also #1 qualifier with a 7.520 E.T. and ran the low E.T. of the event with an outstanding 7.518 E.T.  Kevin’s Procharger-equipped small block, Hughes Performance Heads Up Radial Tire torque converter, and Hughes Performance Extreme Duty 2.10 TH400 have all been carried over from last season’s successful combination.  With some simple tuning changes Kevin just keeps going faster and faster, all on a Mickey Thompson 275 radial tire on stock-style suspension at a race weight of over 3,400 pounds!
