With your components applying the power to the rear wheels, we were unstoppable. As expected, it ran the exact number we anticipated with the consistency of Hughes Performance. Our “in-house” built race car ran the number (4.18 sec.) on a conservative tune-up every round except the final, as we backed off the tune-up after an oil-down by a race car prior to our run. Unlike any other transmission and torque converter, your equipment transferred power unseen by any powerglide/torque converter builders allowing us to surpass the astonishing 180 mph mark.
